Yellow Squash Overview
I have grown Yellow Squash for many years now. My favorite variety is 'Butter Cube', which is very hard to find seeds for these days. In my garden this is more prolific than Zucchini and will often produce fruit what the Zucchini is not, so it is a great combination to grow together. In Southern California my Yellow Squash will often go into November, so if you plan ahead, you can have this crop will into the Fall Season.
