Share Your Yellow Squash At Work!
There is nothing better than getting great vegetables from your co-workers for free, and even more enjoyable being able to provide that to them. Just be sure to bring enough for everyone.
I included some monsters here.... Everyone knows that you made zucchini bread (or in this case Yellow Squash Bread) out of them. Extra-Large Yellow Squash also make great "fried zucchini" (again "Fried Yellow Squash", so if you like fried zucchini, give the big Yellow Squash a shot with that same old recipe. They tend to be even more firm, which works out great!
